American House at Perkasie held a Groundbreaking Ceremony for their project that received funding through the Bucks Renewed financing program. The project will house 10 high end apartments and almost 6,000 square feet of retail space located at 7th and Market Streets in historic downtown Perkasie. This project marks the first phase of Perkasie Borough's revitalization plan.
